Yes. There is an annual subscription fee for only 25 euros to keep the license of your card and have it activated.

Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a yearly basis. Payment will be charged to your credit card when you proceed with the order. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in the price when renewing. 

Yes. You can update your information as many times as you want without extra charge through your members link profile.

If your card for some reason doesn’t work and you have done all of the required steps (link) then you can contact us (link) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
